Shipping Policy
We work hard to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible despite rising carrier rates and logistics expenses. While shipping prices may be higher due to these factors, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure you receive your products without unnecessary delays.


Orders are processed on business days only, Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM MST.
Local Pickup: Free pickup available at our Edmonton store
Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available on orders over $99. Orders under $99 are not eligible for local delivery; however, they can be picked up or shipped using standard shipping options at checkout. 

Shipping Within CanadaStandard Shipping:

We offer flat rate shipping across Canada based on your order total and location:

  • Orders under $149: Flat rate shipping of $14.99
  • Orders $149 and over: Free shipping within Canada

Additional Shipping Charges:
Additional shipping fees may apply depending on factors such as overweight or oversized items, multiple boxes, high-volume orders, remote or rural delivery addresses, and other special shipping requirements. Please note that heavy or oversized items such as hospital beds, lift chairs, and similar products commonly require additional shipping charges. If additional fees are required, we will contact you for approval and payment before your order is shipped.

Expedited Shipping:Additional expedited shipping options are available through our shipping carriers at checkout. Please choose an expedited shipping option if you require faster delivery. We will do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible using the selected upgraded shipping service.Processing Time:Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days
  • Non-stock or special-order items: 10–15 business days
Shipping to the United StatesFlat Rate Shipping:

$45.00 USD flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply for certain orders depending on factors such as heavier or oversized items, larger box dimensions, multiple packages, or rural and remote delivery addresses. This may include products such as wheelchairs, crutches, hospital beds, lift chairs, walkers, and similar larger medical equipment.

If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm and collect any outstanding difference.

  • Non-stock or special-order items: 15–20 business days

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees (U.S. Orders):
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees as determined by U.S. customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate these costs in advance, as they are assessed and collected by customs or the carrier at the time of import or delivery.
